RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your item(s) we are more than happy to offer you a refund providing that our returns policy is adhered to:

 • Items must be returned within 30 days from the order dispatch date.
 • Returned items must be unworn and returned in their original and unused condition
 • Shoes must be tried on indoors.
 • You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to United Nude. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
 • Any returns received with courier/postal labels stuck directly on them will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.
 • We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy; this does not affect your statutory rights.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM? (For US customers only)

1. Repack the goods in the original packaging and place inside a box or wrapped in packing paper.

2. Complete the returns section above and include it with your returning goods. Send the package to: Ica & Kostika, 430 SW 13th Ave Apt #912, Portland, OR 97205. You will need to pay to send the goods to us and we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage.

Goods must be returned unworn and in their original packaging within 30 days from dispatch date. Any returns received with courier / postal labels stuck directly on the box will not be processed and will be returned to the sender

Refunds will be made against the original payment method and will show in your account after 5-10 working days. We will contact you via email once we have received and processed your return.

Exchange? Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to purchase a new item please return your unwanted goods to us for a refund and place a new order online at www.icakostika.com
